Terms & Conditions for MannaMacro

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MannaMacro mobile application, website, and related services (“MannaMacro,” the “App,” or the “Service”).

By using MannaMacro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About MannaMacro

MannaMacro is a nutrition and habit-tracking app that helps users log meals, estimate calories and protein, track progress, complete missions, build streaks, join squads, and stay consistent through gamified health features.

MannaMacro is designed for general wellness and informational purposes only.

2. No Medical Advice

MannaMacro does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The App may provide calorie estimates, protein estimates, meal analysis, goal suggestions, reminders, progress scores, ranks, streaks, shield status, and other wellness-related information. These features are for general informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

You are responsible for reviewing all nutrition estimates and deciding whether they are appropriate for you.

Always consult a qualified medical professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, weight-loss plan, medication, or health routine, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are nursing, have a history of eating disorders, or have specific dietary needs.

3. AI Meal Estimates

MannaMacro may use AI-powered tools to analyze meal photos, descriptions, or other food information.

AI estimates are not guaranteed to be accurate. Food portion sizes, ingredients, cooking methods, brands, and other factors can affect actual nutrition values. You should verify and adjust any AI-generated estimates before relying on them.

4. Account Registration

Some features may require you to create an account or sign in. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share your account, impersonate another person, or use the App for unauthorized purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the App;

  • attempt to access another user’s account;

  • interfere with app security or functionality;

  • upload unlawful, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content;

  • reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App except as permitted by law;

  • use the App to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others;

  • use automated tools to scrape, overload, or interfere with the App;

  • violate any applicable law or regulation.

6. Squads, Leaderboards, and Community Features

MannaMacro may include squads, rankings, leaderboards, display names, avatars, points, streaks, and other community or accountability features.

By using these features, you understand that certain profile or progress information may be visible to other users.

You agree not to post or use names, avatars, messages, or content that is offensive, abusive, misleading, unlawful, or violates the rights of others.

We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

MannaMacro may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal management may be handled through your Apple account settings.

MannaMacro does not control Apple’s payment processing or refund decisions.

8. App Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of MannaMacro at any time.

We may add, remove, or change features, including AI meal analysis, ranks, streaks, shields, missions, squads, leaderboards, reminders, and other app features.

We are not responsible if the App is unavailable, interrupted, delayed, or contains errors.

9. User Content

You may upload or submit content such as meal photos, meal descriptions, profile details, display names, avatars, or other information.

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant MannaMacro a limited license to use, process, display, store, and transmit your content as needed to operate and improve the App.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to submit it.

10. Intellectual Property

MannaMacro, including its name, logo, design, features, graphics, software, text, branding, and related content, is owned by MannaMacro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on MannaMacro without written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of MannaMacro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

12. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MannaMacro if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the App, created risk for other users, or violated applicable law.

You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimers

MannaMacro is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

  • the App will be error-free or uninterrupted;

  • nutrition estimates will be accurate;

  • AI results will be correct;

  • progress features will produce specific health results;

  • the App will meet your expectations;

  • using the App will cause weight loss, muscle gain, improved health, or any specific outcome.

You use MannaMacro at your own discretion and risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MannaMacro and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the App.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to health decisions, nutrition decisions, inaccurate estimates, app interruptions, lost data, unauthorized access, or inability to use the App.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MannaMacro from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

16. Apple App Store Terms

If you download MannaMacro through the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and policies.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for MannaMacro unless required by applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the App, website, email, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of MannaMacro after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
